Lisa Haeringer is an award-winning Realtor with market insight and business instinct. A Coldwell Banker Previews luxury Specialist with international real estate acumen, Lisa has finessed acquisitions of Condos to Castles. She defines the “Best of the Best” in real estate, as honored in Honolulu Magazine in 2009. She is also one of only 4% of the nation’s Certified Residential Specialists, as well as an Accredited Buyers Representative. Her experience building and renovating homes, as well as staging and negotiating on her client’s behalf, has been perfected by years of successful transactions.
Lisa is in the TOP ½% of the more than 6,000 Realtors island-wide and was TOP SALESPERSON Company-Wide, as well as one of the TOP 100 REALTORS All-Islands in 2010. She was bestowed the WHO’S WHO IN REAL ESTATE and is a recipient of the Aloha Aina People’s Choice Realtor Award.
Lisa has lived in Hawaii since 1981. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature from the University of Hawaii and was previously owner and president of a marketing firm in France. She holds an international patent for an innovative pharmaceutical product which is sold in several European countries. Lisa is well-versed in European culture and business practices, and is fluent in French and proficient in German.
Lisa is a member of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS, the Hawaii Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, the Hawaii Certified Residential Specialists Chapter, and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative for the Real Estate Buyer’s Council of the National Association of REALTORS.
As community service is of utmost importance to Lisa, she recently served as the 88th President of the Junior League of Honolulu, a non-profit organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities. Established in 1923, JLH has been instrumental in initiating many successful community projects such as the Iolani Palace restoration, Hale Kipa (started as a temporary shelter for runaway youths), Adoption Connection, Theatre for Youth, and the award-winning literacy project at Kuhio Park Terrace, A Time to Read. Current projects include My Story (a 9-week self esteem program developed by JLH for adolescent girls), and Kids in the Kitchen (targeting the spread of childhood obesity by empowering children to make healthy food choices). Lisa also volunteers for the American Heart Association and the Girl Scouts of America, and serves on the Board of the Ainamalu Community Association.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys dancing, playing guitar, singing, snow skiing, learning languages, participating in discussions on a wide array of topics, and traveling with her family.
